INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of low-fat milk (1%)
- 2 level teaspoons of Metamucil Orange Smooth
- 1/4 cup mango juice or papaya juice
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
PREPARATION
Combine milk, the Metamucil Powder and chocolate syrup for your favorite shake in a blender. Add crushed or cubed ice and blend until ice is crushed. Garnish your simple shake as desired – fresh strawberries are delicious! Stir briskly and drink promptly.
