STRAWBERRY KIWI SIPPER

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium peeled banana
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup (4 oz.) apple juice
  • ½ cup (4 oz.) frozen strawberries
  • 2 level teaspoons of Metamucil Natural Granular
  • Crushed or cubed ice

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until the ice is crushed. Stir briskly and drink promptly.
