INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium peeled banana
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup (4 oz.) apple juice
- ½ cup (4 oz.) frozen strawberries
- 2 level teaspoons of Metamucil Natural Granular
- Crushed or cubed ice
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until the ice is crushed. Stir briskly and drink promptly.
